Imagine for a second you were transposed into the karmic driven world of Earl. Suddenly he heard that one of the passengers of that train has turned into a zombie and whoever he is biting is also becoming a zombie. What could be the state of your mind at that very moment? Can you think? This is exactly what happened in the movie “Train to Busan”, a South Korean zombie masterpiece. At the end of the movie, a father and daughter can’t hold back their tears when they see a wonderful example of love.
Seok-woo is a workaholic divorced father who lives in Seoul with his ten-year-old daughter Su-an. Seok-woo does not give time to the girl at all because of work. So Su-an begs her father on her birthday that she wants to meet her mother in Busan, and that would be the best birthday present for her. Seok-woo can’t talk about the only girl. So the father and daughter set off on Busan’s purpose train. They were accompanied by more passengers on the train, including Sang-Hwa and his pregnant wife, a group of school baseball team members and people from different walks of life. Just before leaving the train, a woman with a leg injury gets on the train, who then turns into a zombie, biting everyone into a zombie. What happened in the end? Who was survived?
