I have been following the posts of different series in the group for a long time. But I could not find any post about Game of Thrones. So I thought I would give it to myself.
This timeless series is based on George R. R. Martin’s impeccable creation of ‘A Song of Ice and Fire’. It is the biggest budget and most commercially successful series to date. The whole series has reigned over the past decade. Whenever a new season of the series came out, there would be a commotion among the fans.
The story of Game of Thrones and the scope and number of characters are very wide. But in this series, everything is presented in such a beautiful way that you can catch the story with great love.
The story originates in a place called Westers, which consists of seven kingdoms. King’s landing is the capital and Iron Throne is the king’s throne. Whoever owns the Iron Throne will rule the entire seven kingdoms. And mainly the fight to capture this Iron Throne is the Game of Thrones. All the big houses including Lannister, Stark, Barathion, Targaryen are always in conflict with each other to get this Iron Throne. There is also one common enemy of the whole of the West in this series. They are White Walkers. Their presence in the series was rarely shown, but every time they were shown, there was a feeling of loneliness. And yes, liking a character in this series means making a big mistake. Because whenever you think that this character is very much liked, it seems that he will be a king / queen in the future or will play a big role, then you will see that the character has been killed suddenly.
I once told a friend of mine to watch Game of Thrones. The friend asked – ‘Is there anything in Game of Thrones that I will see?’ I was silent for a while after hearing his question. What’s really in Game of Thrones? Action, battles, drama, politics, fantasy, adventure, suspense thriller – which one? No, not at all. Rather, all of them combined are Game of Thrones. 💖
The acting of the cast of this series was absolutely remarkable. Messi Williams as Aria Stark, Kit Harrington as John Snow, Sophie Turner as Sansa Stark, Lena Heidi as Sarsi Lannister, Ian Rihan as Ramsay Bolton were all outstanding performers. And Peter Dinklage as Tyrion Lannister and Adian Gillen as Peter Baylish were impeccable. The cinematography, VFX, music of the episodes of this series also beats the various top budget movies of Hollywood. I have never seen such beautiful music work like Game of Thrones. How many times have I multiplied the music of this series without knowing it. Still do. I have to thank music composer Ramin Jawadi for this.
In this way, Game of Thrones won the hearts of all, but in the last season, the series gave the fans only a gift of frustration. The beautiful story buildup that was going on for 6 seasons came in the 7th season and got mixed up in a lot of dust. The D&D Brothers did not live up to the expectations of viewers surrounding the series last season.
Yet Game of Thrones was an epic. One of the last decades of the Mar Mar Cut series. Its 63 episodes will give you the experience of watching 63 movies. If you haven’t seen it yet, start watching this most talked about, criticized and popular series in the world.
