Today I saw Bidyut Jammwal’s film Khuda Haafiz released on Disney + Hotstar on 14th August. It was directed by Farooq Kabir and starring Ahna Kumra, Shibalika Oberoi and Annu Kapoor.
First of all let me tell you that in this film, those who are thinking of watching the movie just to watch the hardcore action of Bidyut Jammwal. There is no need to waste your time just looking at them.
To me, Khuda Haafiz is the best performance of Bidyut’s career among all the works done by Bidyut Jammwal till date. Because, here, director Farooq Kabir did not just focus on the action. He has tried to keep the character of very realistic for the first hour of the movie.
Plot ► It is based on a true story of 2007 in India. The condition of the country is very bad. All jobs are gone. Then they go to Noman (Oman is shown as Fictionally Noman) then Bidyut’s wife is lost. How he will go Noman and get his wife back? If you want to know that, you have to watch the whole movie.
Positive Sides of this film: The best part of the movie is that the action is very Raw & Realistic throughout the movie. It’s not like the Gu-3 or the Buggy-3. That one man alone will go and remove the country off the map.
And at the same time, director Farooq Kabir did not make the mistake of showing the character of Bidyut as Superman in any way. It also has an emotional side to it and has some limitations like the other five common people + Shibalika Oberoi and Shibalika Oberoi’s Love Story.
Another thing I like about the movie is that the film has always been an authority or realist. Because if you go to another country, as you will see in Buggy-3, Tiger has gone to Syria, but even there everyone is speaking in Hindi. But in this Khuda Haafiz movie, there were as many local characters from that country but they spoke their language. So it has been kept very authentic.
Negative Sides of this film. Because the concept of the movie here is nothing new. At the same time, there are many errors in the direction and screenplay of the movie. Which could have been better.
The Final Verdict Overall, Khuda Haafiz Although it is not a great movie, it is a very enjoyable film. You will also see Bidyut Jammwal’s very realistic performance. And the action is quite moderate.
