That’s how the Barracuda movie started. The main two characters have Fargo’s Molly, but I don’t know the Sinaloa girl. It seemed kind of bohemian. Because their father was a renowned musician, perhaps the news of one of his houses did not reach another house, or was suppressed. So after the death of my father, the only honest sister, she will not come to see me without any reason. Isn’t it?

Psychological horror may sound like a thriller. But at first it didn’t feel right. Rather, the light-hearted relationship seemed dramatic, with a lot of songs, country songs … Purai Baap Ka Beti has become Sinaloa. After the death of Marl’s father, he sold the book of songs and other things to keep in the collection. That was a good guitar for Sinaloa. This strange young woman sings a lot while playing that guitar.

Throughout the movie, Sinaloa’s character is tied up with Marl’s relationship with him, the relationship between the two step sisters is not supposed to be normal, Marl’s marriage with Raul is getting closer. Will everything be alright?

Barracuda’s first two acts of slow seem simple, but slowly the third act began to take some strange turns. Telling the story on paper will feel like a style movie, in fact it walks in a more subtle, more unspoken, mysterious way. The end of which is also strange. The director / writer nicely wants to draw something deeper psychological, avoiding the typical aspects of the genre, the kind of psychological stuff I see more in European films. There is less thrill, more drama.

However, the character of Sinaloa will remain in the head. There is a wonderful fearlessness in him, never say thank you. Again, there is no such thing as beating drums. You may have seen such a girl, saying something frankly will not make you uncomfortable in front of everyone, but gradually you will feel the effect of her presence around. Cinematography, acting, screenplay skills have created an indie drama that will make you think towards the end even if it is slow.
